When you become a member of Jobboy, you will see a reference link of your own on this page. You can share this reference link in various places. When an employee or employer who is a member of Jobboy with this referral link makes a deposit or completes a job, makes earn you a commission of 5% of the transaction amount for each transaction.
You can see all your earnings and expenses in Jobboy from the Transaction History tab under My Account.
AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Jobboy Affiliate Program ("Affiliate Program") enables you to receive a commission from Dodomedia BV for new referred members who adhere to the applicable terms and conditions of that affiliate program.
Please see below the applicable terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") that apply to this Affiliate Program. By recommending a new member to the affiliate program, these general terms and conditions are deemed accepted and bound by them.
Eligibility criteriaTo participate in the Jobboy affiliate program, you must:
- You need to have a Jobboy Account.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must not be an employee or an immediate family member of any Dodomedia BV. employee.
- You must not be a service provider or a direct family member of a service provider of Dodomedia BV.
Refers to each member who logs in and activates their account.
You cannot advertise yourself and you will not receive any commission on your own accounts.
Means an amount as described on the Program Policy page for each customer transaction.
Changes to the general terms and conditions
We update these terms regularly. We can also completely replace these terms if, for example, the affiliate program changes, ends or becomes part of an existing program, including our affiliate programs. If you do not agree to the update or replacement, you can choose to cancel in accordance with these terms.
Dodomedia BV. may terminate or suspend all services and / or accounts immediately and without notice or liability for any reason, including without limitation if you breach any of the Terms. Upon termination of your account, your right to use the services will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your Jobboy account you must do so in writing and your content will be removed from the website in accordance with these terms.
Dispute settlement / limitation of liability / exemption
You will hold us harmless, defend, and hold harmless from any claim, suit, suit, or proceeding (each a “Claim”) brought against us (and our officers, directors, employees, agents, services) Providers, licensors and affiliates) by a third party who is not affiliated with us to the extent that this promotion is based on your participation in the partner program, our use of the data you have provided by interested parties or from it arises, your failure to comply with or breach this Agreement, your use of the Affiliate Tool or our use of the Affiliate Marks.
We will notify you in writing within thirty (30) days of our becoming aware of any such claim; Give you sole control over the defense or settlement of any such claim; and provide you (at your own expense) with all information and assistance that you can reasonably request in order to complete the defense or settlement of the claim.
You must not accept a settlement that imposes an obligation on us; request approval from us or without our prior written consent. Impose any liability that is not covered by these indemnifications or impose limitations on us.
Governing Law and Entitlements to Claims
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, regardless of the conflict of laws rules contained therein. In the event that either of us initiates a lawsuit relating to this Agreement or any other dispute between the parties, the exclusive venue and jurisdiction for such action will be the state and federal courts in the State of Delaware.
If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed to be replaced with a valid, enforceable provision that most closely approximates the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of this Agreement will continue to be in effect Force.
